Press "Write to the Travel Expert" on the tour page. Ask all pertinent questions before committing. If you'd like to talk, you can request the expert to call you back using our voice communication option.

Activate messaging for prompt communication

Activate any suitable messenger service in the upper corner. You do not need to wait for a reply before booking: paying confirms your place straight away, and nobody has to approve it. Message before or after, whichever suits — from the chatbox, or press "Get to Payment" on the tour page when you are ready.

Provide traveler details and pay

Fill in the details of all travelers and select your payment method. Payments are processed securely via a bank server using the CVV2 code. You will be charged no extra cost — only the price quoted by the travel expert.

Receive confirmation and prepare

Booking details are emailed to you and saved to your profile. Before you fly, print: your flight fare (obtained by you), the booking confirmation letter from the website, and a medical insurance policy. Make sure you've agreed on a meeting point with your travel expert before departure.
