1. Introduction These Terms for Travel Experts govern your relationship with Kavkazland as a registered guide and tour operator on our platform. By submitting this application and operating on Kavkazland, you agree to these terms in full. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, legally authorised to operate tours in your jurisdiction, and hold any required local licences or certifications. Kavkazland reserves the right to request documentation at any time. 3. Tour listings You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your tour listings. Listings must truthfully represent the experience, difficulty, inclusions, and exclusions. Misleading listings will result in immediate suspension. 4. Group sizes All tours listed on Kavkazland must be capped at a maximum of 15 travelers. This is a hard limit and cannot be overridden for any reason. 5. Payments Kavkazland acts as a payment agent on your behalf. A service fee of 15% is deducted from each booking. Payouts are made within 5 business days of the tour start date. You may not request direct payments from travelers outside the platform. 6. Cancellations If you cancel a confirmed booking, the traveller receives a full refund and you may withhold nothing. Cancellations are recorded and reviewed: weather, injury and an unmet minimum group size are accepted reasons; three cancellations in twelve months, or two within fourteen days of departure, may lead to suspension. 7. Reviews Reviews from travelers are published automatically following our content moderation process. You may respond to reviews but may not request their removal without a verified factual inaccuracy. 8. Termination Kavkazland may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, sustained low ratings, fraud, or any conduct that harms the platform or its users.
